Анотація

Описаны основные технологии мониторинга центральной гемодинамики, которые широко применяются в клинической практике, представлены методология препульмональной и транспульмональной термодилюции, а также наиболее часто встречающиеся осложнения, возникающие при использовании этих методик. Проведена сравнительная оценка методов измерения сердечного выброса посредством катетера Свана — Ганца и с использованием транспульмональной термодилюции. Описаны преимущества и недостатки различных методов мониторинга применительно к кардиохирургическим пациентам. Показаны возможности использования получаемых данных при проведении ранней целенаправленной терапии нарушений гемодинамики в периоперационном периоде. Приведены альтернативные способы оценки адекватности транспорта кислорода.
